Jelly Diveau is a Swedish fitness blogger who revealed how alcohol abandonment affected her body and lifestyle.
She says she decided to stop drinking when she began to pound in the 20’s.
“I was running an unhealthy way of life, drinking a lot of alcohol and never exercising.”
After dropping with alcohol consumption three times a week on just one glass of wine every second week and focusing on exercise and a healthy lifestyle, she immediately noticed results.
Now the 27-year-old Swedbank has 574,000 followers on Instagram and wants to influence others.
She says a glass of champagne has 78 calories, a glass of wine 120 calories, while the situation is even more scary with sweetened cocktails. Sugar from alcohol causes chaos in your body and skin like cell damage, bloating, and dehydration.
Yelly recently attached a photo she shows at the age of 20 when she was drinking alcohol, and now at 27, when she does not drink alcohol.
It orders that it is simply impossible to have a healthy body and mind if you consume a lot of alcohol. By replacing the champagne with water and fruits, it weakened 13 kilograms in just 4 months.
In addition to the physical benefits, Yeli says the most important is the psychic benefit that hated herself to feel self-affection.
